			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For those of you who have not heard, Google recently announced that they will offer their personalized search results for all of thier users.  This service was previously reserved for those with Google accounts who were logged in.   This new development has many in the SEO industry quacking in their boots and feeling that the death of Search is imminent.  However, after close examination, we have determined that this new feature of Google will have negligible impact on how SEO Firms conduct their business.<br />
The biggest issue seems to be that search will be somewhat less authoritative, but mostly unaffected for the most critical section of on potential searchers.  I think you will see the biggest difference in the secondary purchases or repeat customers.</p>
